A contract is considered concluded upon written confirmation by both parties. The terms of the individual contract prevail over these Terms and Conditions in the event of a conflict.

The Company undertakes to perform the assigned works to a high standard, within the agreed timelines and in compliance with the applicable construction norms and standards.

The client undertakes to provide access to the site, the necessary documentation and timely cooperation, and to pay the amounts due according to the agreed schedule.

All content on this website — text, images, logo, graphics and design — is the property of Navi-2011 Ltd. and is protected by law.

Reproduction, distribution or use of the content without explicit written consent is prohibited.

The Company is not liable for damages arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, or from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Warranty conditions for the construction and installation works performed are governed by the applicable legislation and the clauses of the individual contract.
